Since its inception in 1999, the Coalition has battled on many fronts against the statewide property tax. It sent surveys to all gubernatorial and NH legislative candidates in the last election and hired the highly respected firm of Almy, Gloudemans, Jacobs and Denne (AGJD) to conduct two studies.

The firm concluded that it's "impossible" to implement the state property tax in a proportionate and constitutional manner.
