The architect and staff have reviewed the building program and the architect developed some suggested designs which have been reviewed and modified based on staff recommendations. They would like to submit site plans to the city board for review and would like to hear from the NLBC prior to the submission of these plans. The review and comments of the NLBC at this meeting on September 11 would allow this process to continue on the desired timetable.
