SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission will hold a Special Meeting for a Work Session/Public Hearing on the following application on Wednesday, January 16, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers in the Municipal Complex, 1 Junkins Avenue, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

I. WORK SESSION/PUBLIC HEARING

1). Work Session/Public Hearing for Peter Chen, owner, for property located at 141 Congress Street wherein permission is requested to allow exterior renovations on the front façade to an existing building as per plans on file in the Planning Department. Said property is shown on Assessor Plan 126 as Lot 005 and lies within the Central Business B and Historic A districts.
