I.                    WORK SESSION/PUBLIC HEARING

 

1).      Voted to grant as presented the Petition of Peter Chen, owner, for property located at 141 Congress Street wherein permission is requested to allow exterior renovations on the front façade to an existing building (an "archway" constructed of a cementicious material, Emaco R350 CI, in a design drawn by Vice-Chairman Adams) as per plans on file in the Planning Department with the following stipulation:

 

·           that an onsite ongoing review be administered by Vice-Chairman Adams.

 

II.                  ADJOURNMENT

 

There being no further business to come before the Commission, the Commission members acted unanimously to adjourn and meet at the next scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2002, in the City Council Chambers.
