To consider amending the FY 2001/2002 CDBG Budget as follows: to reprogram $30,000 from the existing Contingency line item and $25,000 from the existing Portsmouth Economic Development Loan Program line item, to an existing activity titled Big Rock Park. The purpose of this amendment is to enable the City to complete the construction of improvements at Big Rock Park in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the park plans.
