MINUTES of the October 22, 2001 Special Police Commission Meeting

1:00 PM Portsmouth Police Department -- 2nd Floor Conference Room

 

I. CALL TO ORDER: the Chairman called the October 22, 2001 special Police Commission Meeting to order at 1:03 PM. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss personnel

matters. (One cassette tape documenting this meeting is on file for reference).

Present: Commissioners Mortimer, Devine and Kelley, Chief Russ and

Deputy Chief Magnant

II. Action

Commissioner Kelley moved that the Board convene a non-public session to discuss personnel matters.

Seconded by Commissioner Devine.

On a Roll Call Vote: the Board unanimously voted in favor of the motion.

III. Action:

Commissioner Devine moved that the Board return to public session and adjourn the meeting.

Seconded by Commissioner Kelley.

On a Roll Call Vote: the Board unanimously voted in favor of the motion at 2:35 PM.
